NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

Welcome to the new year resolutions blog.

We make New Year Resolutions by pledging to become better functioning human beings through declarations to change our actions and lifestyle for the better.
Traditionally, New Year is the time for making resolutions. As we enter a new calendar year, it is out with the old and in with the new.
This is also possibly one of the worst times to try and implement major changes in our lives as we encounter additional higher stress levels over this holiday period.
Visiting family and friends, having them visit us,
purchasing, wrapping and exchanging gifts, etc.
Yet we continue to make New Year Resolutions...
Quit Smoking
Lose Weight
Get Fit
Be A Better Parent / spouse

When setting ourselves these personal goals, most of us are determined to be successful in our quest to become a better, fitter, healthier and more balanced individual.
Most of us lack the willpower required to last two weeks according to national statistics.
